hais.. i really hate looking at myself.. i dread facing the mirror every day.. i look so bloated.. ive gone fatter and fatter and my god damn double chin is showing.. really wanna puke when i c myself in the mirror~! weigh myself and fug it, ive grown 4kg fatter~ nbs!
went shopping today, each and every clothes i tried on made me felt so fat.. i really cant carry on like this.. i muz lose weight~
my resolution~ in one months time~ minus of 4 kg of fats!!!
